The digest is a concise, plain-English email covering every competitor you track. For each one, it highlights the executive summary and the key takeaway, the two most actionable insights. It is designed to be read in under two minutes. If something meaningful changed, such as pricing updates, messaging shifts, or hiring activity, it is called out clearly. You can click through to the full analysis in your dashboard at any time.

Yes. Each account is fully isolated, and your data is only accessible to you. Your competitor URLs and analysis results are never shared, sold, or used to train external models. Analysis is processed in real time and not retained after completion. You can delete any competitor and its analysis history at any time, and deletion is permanent. Your competitive intelligence remains private and under your control.

No. Recipients are simply email addresses. You can add up to two recipients in Settings on Pro, or up to five on Pro+, and they will receive the weekly digest. They can read, forward, or save the email, but they have no access to your dashboard, competitor list, or analysis history. There is no login, no seat management, and no per-recipient billing. This makes it easy to share insights with teammates, co-founders, investors, or advisors without added complexity.

When you try to add a competitor beyond your plan limit, 1 on Free, 3 on Starter, 6 on Pro, 10 on Pro+, ClueDig shows an upgrade prompt at that moment. Your existing competitors continue running without interruption. Nothing is disabled. The prompt is optional and can be dismissed. If you choose to upgrade, it takes effect immediately and you can add the new competitor right away. The limit reflects the cost of running analyses, not an artificial restriction.

Yes. You can cancel in one click from your billing settings. There are no forms, delays, or retention steps. Your paid features remain active until the end of your billing period. After that, your account automatically moves to the Free plan. You keep your dashboard, your first competitor, and your full analysis history. Nothing is deleted, and if you return later, everything will still be there.

Pro is designed for solo founders and operators. It includes tracking for up to six competitors, a choice of weekly or biweekly analysis, and a digest to up to two email addresses. Pro+ is built for teams. It adds up to five digest recipients, fully custom scheduling including daily runs, Slack alerts with real-time notifications the moment a significant change is detected, an interactive competitor timeline, AI-generated battlecards, branded PDF exports, and priority support. If you are working alone, Pro covers the essentials. If you need collaboration and deeper intelligence, Pro+ is the better fit.
